Every account receives 6 free credits each day at 00:00 UTC. They are valid only for that day and do not stack. Subscription credits are kept in a separate paid balance.
No. Daily free credits are separate from the monthly subscription allowance. The 6 free credits refresh daily and expire at the next daily refresh; unused daily credits do not accumulate.
Subscription credits roll over while the same paid subscription remains active, up to twice its monthly allowance (Starter 400, Pro 2,000, Ultra 4,000). Annual plans issue credits monthly. Subscription credits expire when membership ends; permanent packs never expire.
If you cancel renewal, your paid plan stays active until the paid term ends. Subscription credits still refresh monthly during that term and expire when the plan ends. Permanent credit packs are not affected.

If a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded, paid benefits and subscription credits may be paused, adjusted, or cleared according to account and payment rules.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire. The 100-credit pack supports ZModel V1. The 500- and 1,000-credit packs support V1 and V2 using their own remaining credits. Packs do not include batch processing or a subscription.
