What is the difference between daily free credits and ZEnhancer subscription credits?
Every account receives 10 free credits each day at 00:00 UTC. They are valid only for that day and do not stack. Subscription credits are kept in a separate paid balance.
Are the 10 daily free credits included in the monthly subscription credits?
No. Daily free credits are separate from the monthly subscription allowance. The 10 free credits refresh daily and expire at the next daily refresh; unused daily credits do not accumulate.
When do subscription credits reset?
Subscription credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans. Unused subscription credits expire at each credit-month boundary and do not roll over. One-time credit packs never expire.
What happens when my subscription ends?
If you cancel renewal, your paid plan stays active until the paid term ends. Subscription credits still refresh monthly during that term and expire when the plan ends. Permanent credit packs are not affected.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from account management. Your paid plan remains available until the current billing period ends, and it will not renew afterward.
What is included with a paid subscription?
Starter includes ZModel V1. Pro and Ultra include ZModel V1, ZModel V2 Pro and batch processing. Annual plans cost 10% less than 12 monthly payments and provide the same monthly credit allowance. Cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the paid period ends.
Can I buy extra credits without changing my subscription?
Yes. You can buy one-time ZEnhancer credit packs without changing your subscription. Purchases add permanent credits for extra photo enhancement work.
What happens if a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded?
If a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded, paid benefits and subscription credits may be paused, adjusted, or cleared according to account and payment rules.
How do credit packs work?
Credit packs are one-time purchases of permanent credits, tracked separately from daily and subscription credits. They do not include a subscription or unlock ZModel V2 Pro or batch processing.
