What is the difference between daily free credits and ZEnhancer subscription credits?
Every account receives 10 free credits each day at 00:00 UTC. They are valid only for that day and do not stack. Subscription credits are kept in a separate paid balance.
How is the maximum monthly credit amount calculated?
It is the monthly subscription credits plus the total daily free credits you can receive during the month. Daily free credits must be used on the same day, so the displayed monthly amount is the maximum possible amount.
When do subscription credits reset?
Subscription credits do not roll over. At each successful monthly renewal, unused subscription credits are cleared and the new billing month's allowance is issued. One-time credit packs remain permanent.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Subscription credits remain available during the current paid billing period. At renewal, any unused subscription credits are cleared and the new month's allowance is issued. Permanent credit packs are not affected.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from account management. Your paid plan remains available until the current billing period ends, and it will not renew afterward.

All paid ZEnhancer subscriptions include batch processing and a subscription-credit allowance that resets each billing month. You can also buy permanent one-time credit packs. Credit usage and output size depend on the selected tool.
Can I buy extra credits without changing my subscription?
Yes. You can buy one-time ZEnhancer credit packs without changing your subscription. Purchases add permanent credits for extra photo enhancement work.
What happens if a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded?
If a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded, paid benefits and subscription credits may be paused, adjusted, or cleared according to account and payment rules.
How do credit packs work?
ZEnhancer credit packs are one-time purchases available to all logged-in users. They are added to your permanent credit balance, can be used across all ZEnhancer features, and are counted separately from daily free credits and subscription credits.
